Shooting in Morocco without a fixer is possible. However,
the presence of a fixer is advantageous because it ensures
you easy contact with the Moroccan people and administration
if you are a producer, a journalist or even a director who
does not speak any Moroccan dialects. A fixer can guarantee
appropriate conditions of shooting, as well as a good
management of time and production fees.
A fixer can also be a translator and an interpreter. He can
translate interviews, ensure an effective communication
between journalists and the interviewees, etc. The fixer can
also set up contacts and interviews and locate where and
when you can shoot. Also, because our fixers are journalists
and therefore understand what contributes to a good story,
they can suggest things relative or of interest to your
story about which only a Moroccan would know.

Many interviews, and especially Vox pops, in Morocco need
